No entry or reentry by Agent shall constitute an eviction in whole or in part, at any time, nor shall Agent be liable to Resident for any inconvenience or discomfort, and the rent shall not ***** during any period that Agent reenters. Agent shall have the right to re-enter the Premises, with 24 hour written notice when practical, without notice when not practical, at any reasonable time to examine, inspect, repair, show, or for any other legitimate or necessary purpose which Agent deems in its sole discretion. As you know from our consistent communication with you, we have sprayed multiple times for bed bugs and sealed all of the holes in your apartment as you requested. We're sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our company while living at **********. I'm also very allergic to mold and even though I brought this issue up to the building manager, no concern was brought up about the mold even though title 12 takes mold very serious.Cornerstone apartments has been in violation of the warranty of habitability that applies to ****** and multiple times and goes unchecked. Even though the violation was resolved, mold is still an issue because the poor sealing around the shower. I also learned a very allergic to ***** excrement which is all over my cabinets.Lastly, there was no ventilation in my unit or at least I thought, mold was building up from moisture, finally, someone came in to look at the vents and blow them out, turns out there was a fan in there the entire time which not even the previous resident knew about and just need to be replaced. They won't find a new vendor to actually resolve their vermin issue. They have someone come spray the apartment but it lasts less than 1 week. After a dozen complaints and months of waiting they finally got electricians to fix it but it still isn't perfect.I was told by the leasing agent that roaches were not a problem in this building anymore but I've been struggling with them every night since I moved in. 2 units connected on to a single 20amp breaker. I don't have anything good today about management here aside from the fact that they are responsive, I wish that was representative of their ability to get things done.I moved in last spring and had consistent power outages for almost 3 months, the wiring there was nothing correctly. If not then there are a lot of management companies out there that value you with respect and your time with more money.I live in ************. If you love being underpaid and fondly remember the high school struggle to be in the cool crowd then Cornerstone is perfect for you. There is an overwhelming workload and constant blaming from people who do very little but have 4-year college degrees. There was rarely a clear direction as I tried to run this company's maintenance and turnover issues with my own tools and vehicle. How does cotton prevent freezing? It doesn't. One day he had us wrap cotton rags around back-flow prevention valves to prevent freezing. The moment you don't love him he will turn on you. The chief operating officer thinks he is "super cool" but really he is not. Nobody will ever listen to common sense as they run this shady cash cow as high as she will go before the bubble bursts. You will have no real friends at Cornerstone. They can always hire another person just like you. Nobody cares about you or your future with them. At Cornerstone everything is about image and profit. After working as a maintenance work order tech and a turn tech there isn't a place that I've worked that is so delusional and shady.
